We are seeking highly skilled Biomechanics Associate Engineers to join our team at DELTA |v| Forensic Engineering in Charlotte, NC.
This is a unique opportunity to work with senior-level professionals and contribute to the growth of our Biomechanics service offering.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will investigate motor vehicle collisions using advanced technologies such as 3D laser scanning, drones, and computer simulations.
You will work closely with senior engineers to present accurate results to clients and support their testimony in court when required.
The role involves regional travel and requires a high-energy environment and comfort working outdoors.
Key Qualifications- Ph.D. (preferred) or M.S. in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) with an emphasis on Injury Biomechanics.
- Knowledge in the areas of Biomechanics, Injury Causation, and Injury Threshold.
- Experience in the use of CAD, FE modeling, and computational simulation is highly desired.
- Ability to travel regionally and work in a collaborative space.
