Ambassador of Excellent Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative at LAZ Parking, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our garages. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their queries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. You'll also be involved in maintaining and repairing parking equipment, as well as performing administrative tasks such as data entry and processing payments.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet. You should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, you'll need to be familiar with basic computer software and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
