Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Member Services team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with daily operations, including managing membership sales, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
