Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts
  • Deploy team members and delegate tasks to ensure the creation and maintenance of the Jamba connection for customers
  • Model and act in accordance with Jamba's guiding principles
  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and collaborating with the store manager to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition
Requirements
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
Physical Demands

The Team Lead will regularly be required to talk, hear, and stand. They will be required to reach, bend, stoop, scoop, pour, carry, push, and lift objects up to 40lbs. There is substantial repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers. The Team Lead must be able to maneuver in walk-in coolers and freezers. They must also be comfortable with contact/immersion of hands in water and sanitation solutions; and contact with produce items, dairy products, and frequent allergen-related items such as nuts, citrus, peanut butter, cinnamon, etc.
