Job Title: Aerospace Assembly Technician (1-3 years experience required)

Job Overview

We are in search of a proficient Aerospace Assembly Technician to execute intricate assembly tasks, fitting of detailed components, and installation at high efficiency levels across various manufacturing operations including sealant application, fastener installation, electrical harness assembly, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that the assembly of components adheres to or surpasses established specifications. You will engage in complex assembly, fitting of detailed parts and structures, and installation throughout diverse drilling and riveting tasks. Additionally, you will be tasked with completing frequent specialized assignments, intricate repairs, and providing recommendations for a variety of related challenges. Collaboration is essential in this role; you will work alongside other team members across different functional areas to address "stop work issues", establish "Best Practice" methodologies, and may participate in our mentorship program. Maintaining cleanliness and organization is crucial, as you will be responsible for upholding a tidy work environment and supporting our 5S initiative (Sort, Systematize, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
