Aggregate Quality Assurance Specialist

Rogers Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aggregate Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Canton Quarry in Cadiz, KY.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular quality control tests on aggregate materials to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications.
- Provide technical support and services to internal and external customers, including providing samples and test results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests and results.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 3+ years of experience in the aggregate industry, preferably in quality control.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree and 1+ years of quality control experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
- Basic mechanical/repair skills and basic math and computing/technology skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
- Preferred certifications: KATP Certified Aggregate Technician.
