Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Kelly. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of all parts coming to and from the company
  • Complete supplier documentation for all quality assurance requirements
  • Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move shipments
  • Examine shipment contents and verify accuracy with records
  • Count, pack, seal, and label materials for shipping
  • Record shipment data for reporting and recordkeeping purposes
  • Maintain the shipping and receiving area and inventory
Requirements
  • Familiarity with inspection equipment
  • Familiarity with First Article Inspections, sample, and visual inspection procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, dimensions, and tolerances of machined parts
  • Thorough and diligent
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with operating packaging tools and material handling equipment
