Soliant Health is seeking an experienced IV pharmacist to work in an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of inpatient pharmacy experience and be proficient in reviewing and recommending Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) to providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify orders and check manual product packaging, including oral and IV compounded medications.
  • Prepare chemotherapy IV admixtures as needed.
  • Answer phone calls and triage inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
  • Experience with Theradoc preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as Cerner and Omnicell.
