We are currently in search of a seasoned HVAC Systems Supervisor to guide our team of commissioning and startup technicians within the Commercial Construction sector. This position entails overseeing various construction projects to ensure successful execution and superior customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC
  • Prior supervisory experience in HVAC/plumbing teams
  • OSHA 30 certification is required; ASHE certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the Construction Technician team for HVAC system commissioning, ensuring proper documentation
  • Manage field personnel, including conducting performance evaluations and training
  • Handle warranty management and service orders efficiently
  • Maintain effective communication with contractors, customers, and internal teams regarding warranty matters
