Position Summary
We are seeking a warm and inviting receptionist/concierge to enhance our customer experience.

As the receptionist/concierge at our bustling pet grooming facility, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing appointment bookings, and handling phone inquiries, while also addressing customer needs during their visits. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and proficient computer skills, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients as they enter the grooming facility
  • Manage phone calls and social media inquiries while scheduling appointments
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and welcoming atmosphere
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cater to client needs throughout their appointments
  • Process customer payments
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred experience of one or more years in customer service
  • Previous receptionist experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with computers and scheduling applications
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Being bilingual is a plus
