Position Summary:
The Maintenance Crew is responsible for performing essential tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities and equipment are operational.
  • Oversee renovation projects and coordinate with contractors.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment under supervision.
  • Engage in painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed.
  • Perform inspections of fire safety equipment and maintain compliance records.
  • Document facility logs and coordinate fire drills.
  • Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, and performing necessary landscaping tasks.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Effective communication skills with residents and team members.
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
