As the primary point of contact for the Environmental Permit Information Management System (EPIMS), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with standard EPIMS processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to EPIMS users, responding to emails and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with standard EPIMS processes, including data entry, reporting, and query management.
- Collaborate with department staff to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of EPIMS system functionality and features.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
This is a 12-month Limited Term position, eligible for hybrid telework. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
