Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and City policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and City employees.
  • Provide training and guidance to City employees on procurement procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Seven years of relevant professional purchasing experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Possession of one of the following credentials: Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB), Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO), NIGP Certified Procurement Professional (CPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Valid Class-E State driver's license.
