Job Summary:

PeopleReady is seeking a skilled Manufacturing and Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, operating machinery, and performing quality checks to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing processes by producing products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks

Assemble components on an assembly line and inspect product to ensure high quality

Inspect materials to ensure consistency and integrity, and maintain, test, and troubleshoot all QA devices

Operate machines needed based on work orders and inspect products for defects and machines for malfunction

Identify, pull, pack, crate, and load products

Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing and production, preferably in one or more of the mentioned sectors

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects

Ability to work in various environments and climates if needed

Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills
