  • Participate in community events to promote the Brand.
  • Use a 'Monthly Playbook' to track customer engagement activity.
  • Effectively supervise the sales floor during management absences.
Business Acumen:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and business drivers.
  • Balances customer needs with operational tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
Operations:
  • Support store operations as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and protect company assets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on location and experience), with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
