Café Ambassador

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the Café experience and our brand to life by helping to create an inclusive environment where all customers and team members feel welcome.

• Proactively engage with customers and the community in all areas of the Café, whether it's helping people with tech challenges, showing off our cool services and products, or having deeper conversations about their financial journeys.

• Guide customers through goal setting by meeting them where they are and advocating for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources.

• Be a team player and work with an energized team of Ambassadors, inspiring teammates as they inspire you.

• Stay curious, adaptable, and have a desire to learn and grow through self-development, continually learning new digital and technical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.

• Preferred qualifications include Associate's degree, 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience, and Proficient in G-Suite.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
