Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Shift Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Elite Towing of Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our clients and their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy-duty tow trucks for vehicle recovery and impound services, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to calls and addressing client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, time, and materials used, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
  • Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure proper working conditions and identify potential maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Elite Towing, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving tow trucks or similar vehicles, with a proven track record of safe and efficient operations.
  • Valid class A driver's license with few or no driving infractions, demonstrating a commitment to road safety and responsible driving practices.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws related to tow truck operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local authorities.
  • Ability to operate tow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call weekends, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
