As a General Handyman, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in both commercial and residential environments.
- Ensure the functionality of mechanical systems and conduct necessary repairs.
- Execute general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the properties.
- Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles across the facility.
- Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as needed.
- Bring your own transportation and tools to the job site.
- Utilize basic math skills effectively in performing tasks.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with clients and team members.
- Stay organized and exhibit effective problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail in all work performed.
- Proven experience as a handyman is essential.
