The RBT works directly with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing personalized support and therapy within their home or school environment. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our team utilizes ABA principles to create tailored treatment programs that promote communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct instruction and programs to increase client skills and knowledge
• Managing challenging behaviors
• Supporting clients with Autism in various settings
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and therapy teams
• Working collaboratively with other therapists and providers to implement effective programs

To succeed as an RBT at Magical Moments ABA, you will require:

• Active RBT certification
• Knowledge of general ABA practices
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• An ability to pass a background check
