Job Summary

Welcome and serve guests by providing an exceptional guest experience at Sheboygan Resort Operat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning room, obtaining information and signatures, and issuing guest room keys.
  • Authorize credit cards or obtain cash for the duration of the stay.
  • Direct guests to their rooms by showing the location on the resort map.
  • Convey information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.
  • Provide concierge duties to guests by answering inquiries regarding the resort and other services guests may require.
  • Maintain records by entering room and guest account data.
  • Collect revenue by entering services and charges, computing the bill, and securing payment.
  • Makes resort and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements, checking availability, and confirming requirements.
  • Secure guests' valuables by processing lost and found to the housekeeping department.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including extra duty requests from the manager.
Requirements
  • Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1st shift availability (7am-3pm).
