Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to perform property condition assessments and manage multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle, cultivate strong relationships with the Partner team and clients, and deliver quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Partner team and clients, ensuring effective communication and project expectations.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) review and quality control (QC) of all portions of the project, including text and appendices.
  • Communicate with client relationship managers (RM) regarding scope-of-work (SOW) and client expectations throughout the term of the project.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and assessors in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Provide solid recommendations and solutions to RMs and clients, understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process.
  • Identify and resolve issues with projects, delivering appropriate progress reports and recommendations.
  • Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns, communicating and coordinating follow-up questions with PAs during the review process.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members, placing requests with the Project Coordinator Group for Partner Associates' engagements and vendor-provided items.
  • Coordinate and respond to client requests for changes in project scope.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessments.
  • 1-2 years of experience performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work on projects concurrently and deliver quality products on time.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team.
  • Understanding of due diligence consulting and project estimating/proposals.
