We are seeking a highly skilled Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative to join our team at Bedrosians Tile & Stone in Vista, CA. As a key member of our design hub, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey, delivering tailored design recommendations, and promoting premium tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring, and countertop selections.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and provide expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects.
- Perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product offerings to provide effective recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the visual appeal of the showroom.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events, and contribute to event planning efforts as needed.
- Proven track record in sales, with a preference for a background in design such as interior or architectural design.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience with Tile, Stone, Engineered Wood, Flooring, and Countertop materials is advantageous.
- Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, with alternating Saturdays required.
