HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Leeds Professional Resources on a contract-to-hire basis.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts and time-off requests. You will also update internal databases with new hire information and create guidelines and FAQs about company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in human resources, administrative support, or a related field, and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents
- Gathering payroll data
- Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
- Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
- Developing training and onboarding materials
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience in HR or a related field
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
