Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits to isolate products that do not meet standards.
  • Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production to ensure quality and safety.
  • Maintain the highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required.
  • Prior food production operation experience preferred.
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environments preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and knowledge of industrial technology a plus.
