About the Role

Catalent is seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator I to join our team in Wisconsin. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a shipping or material operations environment, with prior cold storage material handling and alarm system monitoring preferred.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and issue inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate shipments to meet customer demand and deadlines
  • Support lab materials replenishment reports and freezer/cooler PMs as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's license
