Medical Education Program Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at Accordance Search Group.
This role will focus on developing and executing high-quality training and education programs for our clients in the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness
- Travel up to 70% of the time to support program delivery and client engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, healthcare)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical industry, with a focus on education and training
- Preferred experience in implementing physician and sales education strategies and programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
