About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system requirements and specification documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute test cases that require self-direction, creativity, and system knowledge.
  • Document defects discovered through test execution and validate that they have been resolved.
  • Research system problems and issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate system workflows and processes to users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advocate for the agents' workflow and business interests.
Requirements
  • Technical aptitude and personal lines knowledge, including coverages, forms, practices, and processes.
  • Data analytics skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and takes initiative, with strong decision-making, logical thinking, and judgment skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
What We Offer

Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
