Position Overview

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is in search of a Senior Systems Administrator (MAC) Level III to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary escalation point for the NIDDK Help Desk and the broader computer user community.
  • Oversee central desktop management functions, including software provisioning, deployment, patch management, antivirus oversight, policy enforcement, and security endpoint administration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and network administrators to address various operational challenges.
  • Monitor system alerts, manage communication during incidents, and document investigative processes.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience, or an Associate degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Level 5 (NACIC) security clearance within six months.
  • Demonstrated technical computer skills and customer service proficiency are essential.
  • Must hold a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL) v3 along with one or more recognized certifications.
