About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Yoder Family of Companies. As a Service Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Vehicle Transportation: Safely transport vehicles to and from service areas, other locations, and lots as needed.
  • Lot Maintenance: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of vehicle lots, shop, and service areas.
  • Administrative Support: Assist technicians and parts team with various administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and running parts to and from parts areas.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general cleanup of vehicles after service work is completed, and maintain the washroom/bay throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in service and/or detail shop is preferred.
