Position Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Motorcycle/Powersports Lot Technician, available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

Elway Powersports is a vibrant retailer specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs located in Greeley, Colorado. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the entry-level positions of Porter, Driver, and Detailer.

While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry is essential. Our commitment to internal promotions provides ample opportunities for advancement within our organization. For motivated individuals, there may be potential for future roles in service, sales, or parts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a proactive and self-driven individual.
  • Detail motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs to maintain high standards.
  • Safely secure and transport motorcycles/ATVs/UTVs using a trailer.
  • Assist service technicians as required.
  • Support various tasks across different areas of the facility.
  • Powersports experience is advantageous but not a requirement, as we are open to training the right candidates.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • A valid M Class Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with transporting motorcycles/ATVs/UTVs on a trailer is beneficial.
