The Leasing Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with prospective residents, performing clerical duties, and supporting office personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible while maintaining a strong customer service philosophy
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and assist in resolving resident issues
• Be aware of company policies and explain them to residents and potential residents
Requirements:
• Ability to successfully interact with people
• Good organizational skills
• Strong verbal skills
• Customer service satisfaction philosophy

Working Conditions:
This role requires regular standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. Employee may be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, or kneel. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
