Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Environmental Service Technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and trash removal services.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, security, and health guidelines.
  • Train and direct staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and infection control procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and set-ups, such as event planning and equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
