We are looking for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Clinical Research Nurse Manager. This role is essential in overseeing nursing operations within our specialized units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations within the Pre-Operative and Post-Anesthesia Care Units.
- Supervise nursing staff and facilitate effective communication among interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient and family-centered care.
- Lead the unit by creating patient assignments and enhancing patient throughput while acting as a liaison for anesthesia and surgical teams.
- Conduct daily staff meetings to provide real-time updates on workflows that directly impact patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience or completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- Must possess a valid, active nursing license approved by the appropriate licensing board.
