About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary Education Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while expanding your professional network and experience in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities and special needs.
  • Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Employ various instructional strategies and techniques to promote student learning and success.
  • Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to provide a comprehensive and integrated education program.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing ongoing feedback and support to students and their families.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • IL Special Education Certification.
  • IL LBS1 Certification.
  • Experience working with students who have disabilities and special needs.
  • Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $38-50 per hour, depending on experience.
