Job Summary:

The Strategic Communications Leader will play a critical role in driving the organization's communications strategy and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications plans to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and employees.
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation management efforts to protect the organization's image.
  • Oversee the development and dissemination of internal and external communications materials, including press releases, social media content, and company announcements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communications efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in communications, including supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record in communications quality management, reputation management, media and public relations, and crisis management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
