We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
