Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication and cognitive needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication and cognitive abilities.
- Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Current Texas license in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certificate from American Speech Language & Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- QI Care Tool Credentialing (Inpatient Rehab Staff) within 90 days of start date.
- 1+ years of experience in acute care or inpatient rehab setting preferred.
- Master's Degree (M.A. or M.S) in Speech Language Pathology.
