Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC for a short-term assignment. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to residents and their families.

Position Details
  • Assignment Length: 8 weeks
  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the freedom of flexible days and hours, with the option to work four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn between $40.00 and $44.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Travel Compensation: Receive $40.00-$44.00 per hour for travel time to and from facilities
Qualifications
  • Clinical Experience: A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your expertise in nutritional care
  • Certification: Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Versatility: Demonstrate the ability to provide medical nutrition therapy, including expertise in wound healing, weight management, and experience with tube feedings
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate nutritional care and provide education to residents and their families
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards, showcasing your commitment to quality care
  • Independence: Perform duties independently without the need for extensive training or constant direction
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with electronic charting systems is preferred
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with state survey processes and compliance with nutrition care regulations is an advantage
