Job Title:

Clinical Training Specialist

Job Summary:

Pro Care Innovations is seeking a skilled Clinical Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for care coordinators. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical care coordination and training, with a strong focus on clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training programs for clinical care coordinators.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on best practices in care coordination.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to care coordinators to enhance their skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in care coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field (LPN Preferred)
  • Active nursing license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical care coordination or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training or education with focus on Clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
