Job Description

As a Department Chief Engineer, you'll play a critical role in leading our Intelligence Systems Engineering Department and driving innovative solutions to support our sponsors' mission challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of our department and work program, ensuring high-quality, high-impact outcomes for our sponsors.
  • Drive innovative solutions and thought leadership as part of the Department leadership team.
  • Develop and apply technical expertise in areas such as technical intelligence systems, processes, and methods, as well as strategic intelligence programs and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other department and division leaders to guide our technical direction and ensure quality and impact of current direct work.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10 years with a Master's degree, or 7 years with a Ph.D.
  • Broad knowledge and technical depth in areas such as DREAMCAST and ACHERON Task Order projects.
  • Proven ability to lead, nurture, and support technical talent development for our staff and teams.
  • Excellent critical and strategic thinking abilities, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MS/MEng) in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
  • Understanding of organizational policies, priorities, and missions for US Government technical intelligence collection entities.
  • Familiarity with US Government technical intelligence collection technologies and programs.
