We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Shared Services Manager to join our team at Advanced Technology Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the HR Shared Services team to provide exceptional support to our employees and leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the HR Shared Services team to deliver high-quality support to employees and leaders, including performance management, succession planning, leader development, investigations, employee development, compensation and benefits support, open enrollment, site startups, recruiting, onboarding, and exiting procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR systems and reporting capabilities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and programs, including operational procedures and processes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Experience, Leadership Development, Communications, Safety, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless HR support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Oversee information requests and documentation related to HR matters.
- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to train and support employees.
- Support the development of effective communication and training materials for HR functions.
- Act as a liaison to other HR functions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, and 6-10 years of related experience and/or training.
- Three or more years of supervisory/leadership experience in a Human Resources-related role.
- Advanced interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, including training and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, including leadership and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer-service skills, including conflict resolution and emotional intelligence.
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and HR-related software.
- Business and Company Acumen: Lead with honesty and integrity, build bold and relevant strategies, welcome and motivate change, recognize the right outcomes and how they were achieved, role model safety and wellness.
