Responsibilities:
Drive and execute substantial, cross-functional software development projects to enhance various productivity applications.

Oversee all facets of multiple simultaneous projects and features, including scope definition, requirements gathering, timeline management, resource allocation tracking, partner engagement, communication, and risk evaluation.

Refine processes for feature development and implementation.
Ability to manage multi-functional projects with diverse schedules across the Apple ecosystem.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and various teams to manage and monitor deliverables.
Comprehend and work on projects with cross-functional timelines, spanning Software Engineering and other Apple divisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of expertise in Engineering Project Management, delivering software through a complete project lifecycle.
A minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing the lifecycle of web application development.
Prior collaborations with developers, designers, and UAT/QA to enhance the user interface (UI).
Establishing and nurturing relationships to navigate delivery dependencies.
Experience managing projects utilizing both waterfall and Agile methodologies for software development.
A proven track record in cross-team and cross-organization collaboration.
Exceptional facilitation skills to drive a sophisticated, multi-functional, and comprehensive project plan.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities to all organizational levels (mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the capacity to filter and convey meaningful information to the appropriate audience.
Self-motivated, focused, and independent with a keen interest in learning.
Proactively address the technical challenges that may arise in software delivery.
Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and technical orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and/or certifications in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a range.

This allows for growth as you develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your base pay contingent on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if they voluntarily participate in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
