About the Role

We are seeking a highly dependable and organized individual to join our team as a Rental Associate at Pack's Hardware. As a key member of our rental department, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining all activities of the rental department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Rental Operations: Check rentals in and out each day, maintain contract files and rental reservations, and schedule pick-up and/or delivery of rental equipment.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain knowledge of all rental equipment, including operation, application, capabilities, and limitations, and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to support business needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and ability to learn computer-based concepts quickly.
  • Driving Record: Good driving record, with some delivery and pick-up responsibilities.
