Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Holding Hands OpCo LLC in San Bernardino, CA.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with company match, sick/mental wellness time off, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid holidays.

Job Description

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborating closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and providing ongoing supervision and training.
  • Using evidence-based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis.
  • Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults.
  • A valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
