**Job Summary**
Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Director to join our team. This role will provide leadership and oversight to our autism services, ensuring the highest quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and supervise the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities.
- Independently conduct regular home visits for assigned caseloads to provide individualized parent education, supervise program implementation, and monitor documentation completion.
- Provide in-field training to direct reports, educate families on maintaining consistent schedules, and efficiently communicate policies.
- Complete necessary documentation, including treatment plans, data sheets, behavioral support plans, progress reports, and discharge reports.
- Monitor daily direct service appointments for completion, accuracy, and timely submission of notes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of templates, forms, and other documents; write, sign, and submit progress reports to funding sources by established deadlines.
- Meet daily and monthly billable hours goals as set by Center for Social Dynamics.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, childhood development, special education, or related field.
- BCBA Credential Required.
- Two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Proven successful experiences with a full ABA caseload; knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with autism spectrum disorders.
- Able to travel to and work in multiple program service areas; reliable transportation needed.

Salary Range: $80,000-$93,000 per year, plus stipend and incentives.
