Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our corporate engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large capital plant projects, developing long-range plant project planning, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large capital plant projects, following front-end loaded project work processes, and develop deliverables over the project lifecycle.
  • Work with Supply Chain and Corporate Engineering teams to develop and maintain a culture emphasizing environmental stewardship, employee health and safety, legal compliance, and community relations.
  • Track and maintain discipline performance budget progress, schedule commitments, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management to keep testing documentation current and assist with insurance company audits.
  • Develop and/or understand long-term business goals, visiting assigned plants to discuss business needs and develop a 10-year plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in heavy industrial/process work and project execution.
  • Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures, company business standards, and engineering standards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management, leadership, and communication skills.
