About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for conducting testing, developing test strategies, and ensuring the quality of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Development and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software solutions.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with our development team to identify and resolve defects, and to improve testing processes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate test results and defects to stakeholders, and work with business partners to identify and execute end-to-end test scenarios.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-8+ years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, or a combined business analysis/quality assurance role.
  • Skills: Experience with control testing and transactional testing, experience developing and documenting test scripts, experience with Agile Scrum user stories, experience with Azure DevOps, strong proficiency with Microsoft D365/Power Platform, proficiency with ETL concepts, experience with.NET or.NET Core using C#.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with business personnel and IS management and staff.
