Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software development processes. This individual will work closely with our agile development team to conduct thorough testing, identify defects, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects, and implement test automation strategies.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand requirements and develop test scenarios.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct exploratory testing and manual testing as needed to ensure software quality.
  • Identify and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure test environments are properly configured and available for each release.
  • Communicate effectively with the development team and stakeholders to ensure QA efforts are aligned with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or a combined Business Analyst/QA Analyst role.
  • Experience with control testing, transactional testing, and Agile Scrum User Stories.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft D365/Power Platform and ETL concepts.
  • Experience with.NET or.NET Core using C#.
