Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Marketing and Communication team at Texas Woman's University.

The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and communications to promote the university's mission and values.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communication, while contributing to the success of our university community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to the development of communications strategies to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and communication goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communication team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
