About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Beverage and Wine team at Market District. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and promote products.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a beverage and wine department.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
